A charming residence, recently renovated in the interior, located in a romantic corner of the province of Arezzo in one of the oldest farmhouses in Valdambra. Suitable for an exclusive, the Villa extends through woods and olive groves offering a 360 view of the valley below and the fascinating hills illuminated by breathtaking sunsets.

La struttura offre diversi spazi sia interni che esterni per condividere momenti di relax con amici e familiari. Tra un tipico arco toscano si sviluppano due salottini classici terminanti con un un camino a legna, perfetto per i periodi più freschi. Un'ampia sala da pranzo e una moderna cucina completamente rinnovata offrono poi spazio alle fantasie culinarie degli ospiti, permettendo loro di assaporare il meglio della cultura enogastronomica toscana, i prodotti tipici locali e le produzioni dell'azienda agricola proprietaria del Borgo Gerlino.
Giardino
La villa è circondata da un bellissimo giardino privato dove un'area lounge a bordo piscina e una zona pranzo all'aperto sono circondate dalla natura. Gli spazi esterni sono poi impreziositi da una piscina privata che può essere riscaldata nei mesi più freschi a pagamento e da una sala Wellness con sauna e lettini interamente dedicata al relax. Infine, a disposizione degli ospiti la Villa è dotata di un barbecue con vista sugli ulivi e di un forno a legna, ideale per gustare pizze e focacce “Home Made”. Il tutto con grande privacy e riservatezza.
